The features:
1. The entire system adopts a domestically produced robot system, with a maximum travel range of 2 meters, and is equipped with a well-known domestic manufacturer's digital welding power supply. It is both economical and affordable.
2. The biggest feature of this system is that it is equipped with the weld seam decomposition function of the SmartTCP system, which is the only one in the world that can provide programming and control technology for single piece small batch welding robots, and can control the welding heat input. Minimize welding deformation.

System composition:
This equipment mainly consists of hardware and software, including three welding robots, displacement machines and laser vision tracking systems, digital pulse welding power supply, hydraulic lifting roller conveyor and other auxiliary systems.
The system consists of three sets of domestic industrial robot systems, three sets of visual laser measurement systems, three sets of digital welding power supplies, two sets of welding rotary displacement machines driven by servo motors and precision reducers, three sets of TBI gun cleaning systems, automatic visual programming systems, and three sets of hydraulic lifting conveyor rollers.
1.  Rotary positioner in 360 degree:
This system is made by welding steel structures, annealing treatment, and precision machining. The 30mm steel has good properties and strong stability. High precision reducer. High positioning accuracy, with a positioning accuracy of up to 1 radian minute. The maximum load of this displacement machine is 2.5T per unit, 5T per pair, and the maximum external dimension of the workpiece is 1500X1000mm. It can be linked with the robot or not. This system is a set of two, working together. The clamping can be hydraulic or mechanical, and customers can choose.

2. Elevating roller conveyor:
This system is mainly used to transport workpieces to the rotary displacement machine and output workpieces after welding. It is coordinated with the area positioning of the welding robot station, and is powered by a variable frequency speed control motor and a reducer. It adopts a hydraulic lifting function and is connected to the rotary displacement machine to support rotation. There are a total of three material channels, with a length of 4.5 meters and a width of 1.5 meters, and a hydraulic overall lifting structure.

3. Robots:

The robot adopts domestic BAYKAL or original KUKA imported robots (user selected), with an arm length of 2000mm and a rated load of 8kg. The weight of the body is 235kg, with a repeated positioning accuracy of 0.05mm.

4. Welding machine:

The robot welding machine is composed of OTC P500L fully digital MIG/MAG pulse welding machine, with a maximum power of 500A.
Or domestic MEGMEET digital pulse welding machine Pro500p, servo controlled wire feeder. It can ensure that the weld seam is in the optimal welding position of the robot, in order to achieve excellent welding consistency and work efficiency. The power supply adopts microcomputer waveform control inverter welding machine, which has stable arc, small splashing, beautiful forming, and good welding performance.

5. Welding gun device and cleaning device:
This system adopts a high-power water-cooled welding gun, suitable for continuous high current operation. The welding gun is provided by TRM China with TRM602W-22L, which is reliable in quality and stable in performance. The anti-collision system mainly prevents unnecessary damage to robots and other hardware caused by misoperation. In case of accidents, it can be stopped in a timely manner to ensure the safety of equipment and facilities. The gun cleaner is mainly used as a cleaning equipment for welding quality defects caused by uneven gas supply caused by nozzle splashing during continuous welding process. This equipment is provided by TRM company.
6. System description:
This system is equipped with a well-known domestic brand laser vision tracking system, which can cooperate with robots to achieve real-time error correction, ensuring accurate welding positions and further ensuring welding quality. The system adopts robot linkage to control the displacement machine, which can enable the workpiece to undergo full position welding and precise control. It can ensure that the weld seam is in the optimal welding position of the robot, in order to achieve excellent welding consistency and work efficiency.
