Apply scope:
This equipment is mainly used for drilling H-beam, box-type beam, channel steel, angle steel and other workpieces in the construction of steel structures, bridges, solid parking garages, oil platforms and other industries. Adopt CNC control system of PLC+ main computer to ensure the high precision positioning and easy operation.

Product structure characteristics:
1. Drilling power head with automatic travel. Seven CNC shafts, each CNC axis can do two-coordinate CNC movement and drilling movement. Thus, drilling holes can be drilled simultaneously on three sides of H-section steel. Holes can be drilled in a group of holes without moving the workpiece.
2. Roller feeding and longitudinal numerical control measurement.
3. Detection of web and wing deformities and horizontal and vertical clamping of H-beam.
4. Two side power heads, one is fixed and the other is movable, can meet the drilling requirements of different H-section steel.
5. High quality atomization cooling and lubricating device ensures cooling and lubricating effect in drilling process and prolongs service life of drill bit.
