This machine is mainly used to drill large-size H-beams or box beams in three sides. On the working mode the gantry move and worktable is fixed, so that reduce the length of the bed. The max. processing size for H-Beam is 2800*3000mm.

The features:
1. The machine is mainly composed of bed, gantry, drilling head, electrical control system, hydraulic system, and cooling and chip removal system and detection system.
3. Gantry movement (X axis) adopts linear guide rail guidance, AC servo motor and low backlash gear rack pair synchronous drive in two sides. The movement (U, V, W) of the gantry beam and the sliding board on the two uprights is guided by linear guides directional, AC servo motor and ball screw drive.
Feeding of each drilling power head (1, 2, 3 axis) adopt linear guide rail, AC servo motor and ball screw drive.



2. On the worktable is equipped with a side pushing device which automatically align the workpiece with the reference point, which is convenient for workpiece clamping.

4. The sliding table is equipped with a pneumatic detection device to detect the position of the H-shaped steel. The shape error and clamping error of the workpiece is corrected by the detection compensation function , so as to automatically correct the drilling position.
5. The drilling power head adopts the CNC feed drilling power head produced by our company.
6. The hydraulic system is mainly used for the positioning and locking of the X axis and the balancing of the power heads on both sides.
7. There is a flat chain chip conveyor at the bottom of the machine tool, and the chip conveyor is equipped with a water pump and coolant for recycling.
